  4. Hi, when you have time, please take a look at my binge eating video; it has two parts. There are many tips in it to help get you through that craving that I think will really help you. Once is to give in to what your craving if you still crave it after 15 minutes, but just have small piece to help satisfy you and get it off you mind.

    But yes, once in a while I keep eating more than I should.
    When I have a craving for cookies or I have a binge rush, what should I do???? (I know some say, drink some water and let it pass. But its not that easy) please help.

  6. Hi, I really love cereal as you can see in the video and do not believe it will cause weight gain if you choose healthy high fiber cereals. If you are still hungry after one bowl perhaps you can add some other food groups to your breakfast like fruit and yogurt and nuts. You’ll get a more well-rounded meal with more vitamins and protein to help you stay full longer. A little trick I do is to add a little peanut butter to my breakfast. Really helps me to stay fuller longer.

  7. Hello! I love your videos! I have a little of a binge eating disorder and I recently found out I am high in cholesterol, 229. I love cereal, but I tend to serve myself more than once, but I’ve improved allot with my disorder until a few weeks my mom, which is very harsh on me over my weight started yelling at me for serving 1 cup of cereal and threw away all the cereals in the house.
    I only eat whole wheat and fiber, but I would like to know how much to serve myself to control how much I eat.

  14. Hi! So I had a reason for stopping by and wanting to leave you a message. :) I’ve seen your video months ago and decided to give it a try! I had a 340 total cholesterol and due to the Hashimoto’s Disease, I’ve gained 35lbs. I take a lod of meds and I finally feel great. Your tips have been added to my morning routine and I am happy to announce that I’ve lost 20lbs!!! Never have I eaten breakfast before, coffee was my breakfast for years! Most important, my cholesterol is down to 144! :) ))

  17. I love oats!I eat oats and I mix them with cinnamon and dried coconut powder.Do you think it is ok to mix these ingredients like that,or should I quit using the coconut powder?

    trust im like 50 lbs over weight.. and great for you for losing 90 lbs. thats really great..

  21. this is so genius. I eat this hot cereal every morning after seeing this video and i don’t eat anything until 1 in the afternoon if i eat at 9 o clock. I stay energized and full! thank you:-)

    I always add ground flax seed to my oats along with raw honey and almonds. :) Maybe some cranberrys..
