  4. @Winterfang – you have to workout too. Change your diet and get that nailed down for about two weeks or so. Eat three “regular” meals and three snacks a day. Drink water (at least half of your body weight in ounces). So, if you weigh 200 pounds, drink at least 100 ounces of water a day. After two weeks or so, start training. Circuit training and cardio. That’s how you keep your metabolism up and you do this until you can get to a maintenance phase (after reaching your goal). Cheers.

  5. Man I’m eating better for more than a month, I haven’t drink any soda, change my bread to whole grain, my milk to non fat and had being drink water, juice, tea etc.. and I look worse than before. I don’t know what to do, my stomach just won’t go down =(.
