I find the hardest thing for me when dieting is getting enough nutrition. Smaller portions work, but Iām left hungry and less food= less nutrition. I use nutritional supplements now and eat healthy, full meals.I got started at ryansnutrition com and have my appetite under control.

@drdietnews very true, people who live in colder climates consume way less water then in hotter. so why on earthe i have to wrestle with myself and pour 2 gallons a day in myself if i don’t even want. we need to drink water to replanish lost and clean body. its like another stupid myth: do oil change every 3 month or 3 miles. what a bullshit. even California government said its a bull of crap, and its true. cars can go on the same oil for as many as 15.000 miles

@MISSHERMAN2007 My dad doesn’t work out at all. He lost A LOT of weight by just eating small portions every meal. It shocked me to think this skinny guy is my dad. O_O

Great video, although recent research shows you don’t necessarily need to drink 8 glasses of water per day. Most people require much less than 8 glasses since many foods like fruit (and beverages like tea/coffee) already contain plenty of water.
Btw, the 8 glass rule never came from scientific research. Just one of many medical myths.

easy way for 5 fruits and veggie : Have a fruit smoothie for breakfast, have an apple for mid mornin snack, have a banana for lunch, have sweetcorn and green beans for tea or a side salad.
